What causes brain fogs?
We have all had this experience, of having a ‘brain fog’ while trying to concentrate on tasks that are too challenging or demanding. Sometimes it feels like our brains just don’t work at the same speed as they used to and we just can’t get the energy we need to perform our best. In today’s world, we face a lot cognitive overload and distractions from social media and our phones, or tablets, etc. That’s why it is easy to lose our focus and start thinking about simply nothing, which is the definition of having a brain fog.
This could happen because we’re trying to process too much information at the same time or because we’re trying to focus on too many things at a time.
3- Mental fatigue:
A brain fog is a condition where you are mentally unable to concentrate on anything for more than a short time. This could also be called “mental fatigue”.
